Hama beads, fuse beads, also known as perler beads or melty beads they are so therapeutic.
I did notice they bring in stillness, calming, and therapeutic benefits with the repetitive motion, especially the larger ones! I’ve noticed these are fantastic for mixed ages too!
We used alot of these during the lockdown too and the kids made some really awesome designs!
