it’s about the process not the final peice, it can be both, rewarding aswell…….

but  take the pressure of the kids, let them explore, create, use their imagination, enjoy the journey of art making, the sensory input, make art with new tools, you don’t have to use paint brushes.

Find new ways to get paint on to canvas or paper!! In a world with so much structure and rules, I personally believe this is art therapy, a safe place to be free!!

Reward jars for positive job tasks and a little extra jar is for a similar system that their school uses which is “caught you being great” points.
Where you see positive behaviours & actions without bring asked.

We use a currency prize or reward for a certain amount of stickers for each child’s wants & needs to suit them.

We also upcycled some cardboard and the stickers were such a bargain from @kmartaus for $3.25.

Halloween potions, galaxy jars, wish jars, unicorn poop jars, mermaid hair jars, gratitude jars!!!! …..

…. endless idea’s for these amazing jars!!!! We found these rad plastic jars @kmartaus Australia.

The cotton balls inside are from supermarkets, any paint can be used, watered down and a skewer or something to poke the cotton balls so they get jammed in that jar and filled up with paint.

You can check out pinterest for idea’s and videos on how to perfect these and our sweet little labels are from @krafterskorneraus and the kids will come up with some clever names of these potions!!! Glitter optional but a must for us!!!!
