Absolute old favorite! Rainbow watercolour paper cloud & rainbow ribbon using our own decorative paper using watercolours & acrylic spray paints, we used acrylic paint and watered it down until we were happy with consistency, the bottles are from @ikea_australia for $1.50 each.
