Inspired by bright neon rainbow lights, we painted a white first to make the paint glow, then micador fluroesent watercolours over the white…… rainbow on black paper look amazing, once dry we then painted with fluro watercolours from @micador and used a white posca markers to decorate with dots!!! ……
